Klaviyo, a publicly traded e-commerce marketing automation platform, has announced its acquisition of Agency, an AI-driven customer success startup established by serial entrepreneur Elias Torres three years ago. The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. Following the acquisition, Torres will assume the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Klaviyo, overseeing Agency's team of 25 employees.
