• Preference data: We may store your language, theme, watchlist, saved news, selected assets, minimum FOMO Score, notification preferences and alert frequency.
• Push notification data: If you enable browser push notifications, we may store push subscription data such as endpoint and encrypted browser push keys.
• Payment and subscription data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status and subscription end date.
• Technical data: We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, logs, error data and approximate location derived from technical data.
• Cookies and local storage: We may use cookies and local storage for authentication, language, theme, preferences, analytics and security.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and improve Fomogram services
• manage profiles and authentication
• save watchlists, saved news and preferences
• deliver notification settings and premium instant alerts
• process subscriptions through Stripe
• maintain security and prevent abuse
• analyze product usage and performance
• debug errors and improve reliability
• support advertising, if enabled
• communicate with users about support, legal or service updates

3. Payment Processing

Fomogram uses Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Fomogram.

We may store Stripe-related identifiers such as customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status and subscription end date to manage premium access.

4. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store the technical push subscription data required to deliver browser notifications. You can disable notifications through your browser settings or Fomogram profile settings.

Premium instant notifications may only be sent to active subscribers.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregated usage patterns and improve the product.

If advertising integrations are active, third-party advertising cookies or similar technologies may apply.

6. Third-Party Services

Fomogram may use third-party services including:

• Supabase for authentication and database services
• Vercel or similar providers for hosting
• Stripe for payments and subscriptions
• Market data and crypto price providers
• News sources, RSS feeds or API providers
• Analytics providers
• Advertising partners, if enabled

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal account information.

We may share data with service providers only as needed to operate Fomogram, process payments, deliver notifications, host the platform, analyze usage, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

We may share aggregated or anonymized statistics that do not identify individual users.

8. Data Retention

We retain account, profile, subscription and preference data as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your profile or personal data by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data.

10. Children's Privacy

Fomogram is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
