Service Availability & Telemetry Latency
FOMOGRAM provides real-time market data sourced from third-party exchanges (Binance, Bybit, Gate.io) and public news media. While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or zero-latency delivery during periods of extreme market congestion or network outages.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FOMOGRAM, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from trading decisions, technical errors, latency anomalies, or reliance on data presented across the platform.

Zero Personal Data Harvesting

Local Storage & Device Push Tokens
To deliver high-speed experiences, we use browser localStorage to remember your selected coin filters and disclaimer acceptance state. When you opt into real-time mobile push notifications, an anonymous device push token is stored securely in our database solely to dispatch trade alerts.
Third-Party Price Feeds & Telemetry
